Here’s why I plan to use CCArticles again–he was a couple days late. How does being a day or two late end up being a good thing? Because I was a terrible communicator, and didn’t respond to Winson’s status reports. Winson warned me very early in the process, and when I didn’t answer, he went ahead and threw in an extra set of articles without being asked along with the original order! That’s what I call exceptional customer service at any price, much less the amazingly low fees Winson charges. I won twice–found a great service provider and got the job done more than satisfactorily.
